Welcome to our new CARDINAL WRESTLING information source.
It's shaping up to be a very exciting year in the valley, as wrestlers from Spring Valley and Elmwood join together to train and compete as CARDINALS.
We'll be posting workout schedules, special events and notices here on the wiki AND highlighting competitions and wrestlers on the blog. Don't forget to check us out at least once a week as our wrestlers get ready to WIN.
