Welcome to the School District of Spring Valley
Enrollment Eligibility
Any child who meets the entrance age requirements and resides in the boundaries of the School District of Spring Valley shall be admitted to school in the district. Non-resident students must apply for open enrollment. Only legal guardians my enroll a student. Contact the district office with questions (715) 778-5551.
How to Enroll
1. Determine the student's resident district, and fill out the appropriate enrollment forms:

2. Submit enrollment forms to the school in which you are applying. See School Information below.
3. Once your application is received, you will be contacted by the school for next steps.
