FACILITIES

Shall the School District of Spring Valley, Pierce, St. Croix & Dunn Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,100,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a school building & facility improvement project consisting of: construction of an outdoor athletic facility consisting of a track & field complex & football/co-curricular facility with spectator seating on District-owned land; site improvements; & acquisition of related equipment?
